Within 10 days of purchasing the plan, upon your request a full refund of premium will be processed to You, as long as You have not already used Your ticket or filed a claim. No refunds shall be paid to You after 10 days of purchasing the plan or after the date of the ticketed event.

Event Ticket Protector insurance is provided by CUMIS General Insurance Company a member of the Co-operators group of companies and is administered by Allianz Global Assistance.
